Life center follows
a perfect Policy to keep the privacy of its clients and the
confidentiality of their projects whatever the degree of
confidentiality required or non-existent.
Maintaining the confidentiality of our clients is one of our
distinctive features. We believe in privacy as one of the
most important means to establish along- term relationship
with our clients.
In Life center, whenever a distinguished translator joins
us, he immediately signs a written agreement including terms
of strict regulations that identify this policy.
This agreement is considered [ The
company's internal policy ]. Such procedures are
important and essential since we have translated some
private texts such as Patents, master degrees, doctorate
degrees, contracts, official documents, certificates and
other important documents. Moreover, Life adheres to this
policy and we consider it the greatest advantage of working
with us.
In case an employee breaks one of these rules, we are to
exclude him and do necessary action against him.
Life has never informed anybody of Clients’ documents, and
will never do. This certainly assures that we are able to
gain your trust and respect since your documents and private
business would be undoubtedly safe with us.
We promise to preserve any client's document or project for
a whole year from the date of translation and the client has
a full right to ask for it at any time during the year. We
know that you may need any document at any time and then you
are to get them within a year. We are to modify or to make
any changes to the text content only upon your request.
We always welcome any other procedures clients might prefer
in dealing with their documents and promise that we will
apply such procedure to ensure the degree of confidentiality
they desire.
All the names of the clients and partners published in our
site were quoted upon their consent through coordination
with our public relations department. They agreed to publish
their names since they are definite that their projects are
confidential. |
